It is equipped with 5 MB user memory, one integrated gigabit EtherNet/IP (10/100/1000 Mbps) RJ45 port and USB 2.0 programming‑only port, supporting up to 175 EtherNet/IP nodes, maximum 128000 digital I/O points and 4000 analog I/O points, up to 256 integrated motion axes and 32 configurable tasks. Front‑panel 4‑character alphanumeric display provides real‑time status and fault diagnostic information. SD‑card slot supports program backup, restore and firmware upgrade, factory pre‑installed with 2 GB 1784‑SD2 SD‑card. Programmed via Studio 5000 Logix Designer software. Installed in standard 1756‑A series chassis. It delivers powerful discrete control, process regulation and high‑speed motion control performance for medium‑to‑large‑scale industrial automation projects, suitable for new‑system deployment and spare‑part replacement for existing ControlLogix platforms.
